·       1972 Joined the Chess club Iskra

·       1977 – A member of the presidency of the chess club Bosna (former Iskra)

·       1979 – A coach of the chess team of the University of Sarajevo

·       1981 – Joined the chess club Partizan

·       1984 – A member of the presidency of the chess club Partizan

·       1990 – A president of the chess club Partizan. Under his presidency the club won the Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Second Yugoslav League in 1991, qualifying for the First Yugoslav League, which never took place due to a break-up of the country.

·       Participated in the open championship of Sarajevo (6/11)

·       1974 – Seventh place in the senior championship of the chess club Iskra (5/11)

·       1974 – Semi-final of the championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina (gained a candidate master title)

·       Fifth place in the youth championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

·         1984 – Shared 1-3 place in the championship of the chess club Partizan, with Boric and Dzipa (7/11)

·         1984- Won a prize in the international tournament in Porto San Giorgio, Italy (7/9)

·         1984- Won a prize in the international tournament in Civita Nova, Italy (5.5/8)
